一、萬能材料試驗機的主機構成

萬能材料試驗機關鍵由支撐架、液壓機操縱箱、表面測力呈現、電路系統構成。其人體一些有考量，立桿、上下左右抗壓強度機器設備，發動機缸體，聲卡機架、底版等。測量表面安裝在聲卡機架右邊上端。液壓操作有些安裝在萬能資料試驗機機架右側的下部，下抗折設備裝在活塞頂部，兩邊裝有導向板，能堅持抗折臺面上下運動方位不變。抗折臺表面配有尺標，2個限兩側配有導向性板，可隨意調養抗壓強度跨度，拖錕能上下左右主題活動，使支承時要具有均衡實際效果，在考量下配有上抗折機器設備，經過掉頭螺栓兩根定位柱固定在橫梁下，其間有球頭、球座，螺栓上裝有繃簧以便平衡上抗折設備，拖錕能上下活動。

抗折臺表層裝有尺標，2個限兩邊裝有主導性板，可隨便調理抗拉強度跨距，拖錕能前后左右活動主題，使支撐板時要具備平衡預期效果，在考慮下裝有上抗折機械設備，煙塵進到活塞桿與液壓缸間，進而二者加速損壞。抗壓強度實驗時，要是在抗壓強度櫥柜臺面管理中心，放入抗壓強度保護層墊塊及下彎排機，在承重梁下拆下來抗壓強度機器設備，就能開展抗壓強度實驗活塞桿與液壓缸間下設密封環，可防止液壓油外流，在缸頂開有一環形槽，并有漏油通道，經過塑料管，把油溢流回油箱。
